· Information for the identification: name · Information for the service provision: E-mail address, cellphone number, contact information (Home / Work) · Reservation time

3. Retention and usage period of personal information

· Once the purposes of collection and provision of the personal information are met, the information is destroyed without any delay.

4. Rights to disagree and disadvantages in case of disagreement

If you do not give your consent for the required fields of personal information collection and usage mentioned above, it is not possible to establish or maintain any business relationships.

Consignment of personal information processing

① For the smooth personal information process, L SPA consigns the task related to the personal information process to outsource.
– POS and workstation A/S center operation
ㆍOutsource (a consignee): Ruby Soft Corporation
ㆍConsigned task: Provision of A/S for the payment system and equipment
② At the conclusion of consignment contract, L SPA specified details on the prohibition of personal information process except for the consigned purposes, restriction on the re-consignment, responsibilities, supervision and management of the consignee under the Personal Information Protection Law Article 25. L SPA  has been supervising the consignee for the safe process of personal information.
